OCEAN AVENGER PEDDINGHAUS MDL 1250/C beam drill line was built in 2015 in the United States by Peddinghaus Corporation. This highly efficient machine with extensive machining capabilities is designed for fully automatic milling and drilling of steel profiles, i.e. I-beams, T-beams, channel beams, hollow sections and structural components. The machining process is performed on a large work table by a reliable spindle with automatic 8-position tool changer. The robust drill mounting eliminates any vibration generated during machining, guaranteeing the highest quality of drilled holes. What’s more, thanks to the special break-through detection technology, the working head immediately moves on to the next holes in the pattern once the hole has been drilled.
