OKUNO MSC-15 spring coiling machine was manufactured in 1998 in Japan by OKUNO Machine Co. The machine designed for the efficient production of springs from wire with a maximum thickness of 0.3 mm, consists of a wire spool rack with a braking system, a heating device for annealing and a forming machine.
The wire processing process begins with taking material from a spool mounted on the machine stand, which is then fed into the heating device to anneal both ends of the spool. The pre-treated material is then fed further into the forming machine, where it is shaped into a spring by automatic cutting and bending. The length of wire feed is regulated by a digital indicator located on the machine frame.
