OTINUS 160/3200 CNC hydraulic press brake

OTINUS 160/3200 CNC hydraulic press brake was built in 2022 in Poland. The machine is used to bend workpieces with a maximum length of 3200 mm at a press force of 160 tonnes. Workpieces are processed in four axes X, Y1, Y2, R, of which the Y1 and Y2 axes are controlled independently, while the R axis is controlled automatically.

The press brake guarantees the desired angle over the entire length of the bent sheet, thanks to the installed OTINUS OT-41 CNC control, which allows for setting the optimum value for the compensation of the deflection arrow. The control panel with installed numerical control has been placed on a movable arm, allowing the operator to work freely across the entire working area of the press brake. The total weight of the machine is 9000 kg.
