OWH TECHNICAL 3.5 X 6.0 m shot blasting machine built in 2014, is designed for blasting workpieces using steel shot. The blasting process takes place in a machine chamber with dimensions (W x H) of 3500 x 6000 mm, where cast steel shot is ejected with high energy onto the surface of workpieces weighing a maximum of 10 tonnes and having a maximum diameter of 3500 mm for a specific period of time.
Components of the OWH TECHNICAL blastroom:
– shotblasting tank (2 pieces)
– throwing rotor (5 pcs)
– ejector
– hanger-type crane
– machine fan
– chimney
At the end of the process, the fallen shot is cleaned and then fed back from the tank to the throwing rotors, allowing it to be used again. The rotary shot blasting machine guarantees the highest quality and accuracy of shot blasting workpieces. The total weight of the machine is approximately 120 tonnes.
