PEMA HPS 3500 & TPS 3500 welding positioner

PEMA HPS 3500 & TPS 3500 welding positioner was built in 2021 in Finland by Pemamek Oy Ltd. The system consists of two, extremely versatile machines – the HPS 3500 headstock and the TPS 3500 tailstock with a combined payload of 7 tonnes. This solution is dedicated to lifting and rotating long workpieces, making it ideal for the production of, among others, wind towers, trailer frames or tubes. Both machines can work together or independently. The stepless height adjustment ensures precise adjustment of the working parameters to the dimensions of the workpieces.
