PILOUS ARG 260 CF-NC automatic band saw

PILOUS ARG 260 CF-NC automatic band saw manufactured in the Czech Republic in 2020 is used for cutting workpieces made of among others stainless steel. The solid structure of the band saw made of grey cast iron effectively prevents vibrations during machine operation and guarantees high strength and exceptional stability, even during the cutting of heavy workpieces. The hinged cover, which remains in the upper position after being opened, allows easy replacement of the band saw blade and easy cleaning of the arm interior.

The saw, operating in manual, semi-automatic or automatic mode, cuts workpieces with a saw blade measuring (L x W x H) 2880 x 27 x 0.9 mm, inclined at 3°. The cutter allows for free setting of the cutting angle from 45° to 90° and speeds from 15 to 90 m/min. The high speed and excellent precision of the workpiece feed are ensured by the mounted servo motor and ball screw.

The control unit, with an intuitive SCHNEIDER MAGELIS HMI touch-panel, allows you to programme up to 60 operating programmes for the automatic band saw. The sawing machine is equipped with, among others, a 3m long table with rollers for moving the workpiece and a band saw tension indicator. The total weight of the machine is 910 kg.
