PONAR ŻYWIEC UT-025 H injection moulding machine built in Poland in 2005, is used in the process of processing thermoplastics by injection moulding. The characteristic feature of the machine is a two-plate hydraulic mould closing system with attached closing cylinders, working with a force of 25 tons. The machine’s screw with 22 mm in diameter rotates at a speed from 10 to 370 rpm and is driven directly by a hydraulic motor.

The high-tech control system of the MITSUBISHI FX2N-48MT-ESS/UL allows for high automation of the injection process with setting and control of the injection parameters from the control panel located on the body of the machine. The injection moulding machine is offered with a wide range of equipment, including a plastic feeder and a MITSUBISHI E600 HMI panel. Total weight of the machine is 1470 kg.
