PONAR ŻYWIEC UT 090 H injection moulding machine was built in Poland in 2007. The machine is used in processing thermoplastics using the injection moulding method. The hydraulic mould closing unit, operating with a closing force of 90 tons, is protected with significantly offset fixed and movable covers facilitating the installation of complex moulds with their accessories. The mounted moulds can be a minimum of 225 mm high, while the mould clamping plates have dimensions (L x W) of 615 x 615 mm.
A MOOG-BUHL CNC control unit enables the machine to operate in any desired manual or automatic mode, as well as setting and monitoring the injection process parameters. The screw of the machine with a diameter of 30 mm rotates at a speed in the range of 10 to 380 rpm. The equipment of the machine for plastic injection moulding includes, among others, a plastic feeder and a crane with a multi-rod. Total weight of the machine is 5150 kg.
