PONAR ŻYWIEC UT-340T injection moulding machine was manufactured in 1998. The machine designed to process plastics using the injection moulding method, guarantees excellent productivity and the best quality of the manufactured items, due to the use of the best components as well as a high clamping force of 340 tonnes and a large injection volume.
Injection moulds with a height from 250 to 700 mm, are mounted on plates measuring 990 x 990 mm and then closed by the mould-closing unit of the PONAR ŻYWIEC UT-340 T injection moulding machine with a design based on a lever-action, five-point closing mechanism, allowing high rigidity and reduced energy consumption. In order to allow easy assembly of the extended moulds with their accessories, the fixed and movable guards have been moved significantly away from the mould clamping plates.
The injection moulding machine is equipped with, among others, a screw with a diameter of 75 mm, rotating at a maximum speed of 205 rpm, and a MOOG-BUHL CNC controller installed in the control panel for controlling production parameters and programming operating modes. The total weight of the injection moulding machine is 20000 kg.
