PONAR ŻYWIEC UT-340T injection moulding machine, manufactured in 2005, is designed for plastics processing using the injection moulding method. The best components used in the machine increase the productivity and efficiency of the injection moulding machine.
The fixed and movable guards, moved away from the mould clamping plates, significantly facilitate the assembly of complex moulds with their accessories. The PONAR ŻYWIEC UT-340 T machine works with injection moulds with a height from 250 to 700 mm, which mounted on 990 x 990 mm plates, are closed with a force of up to 340 tonnes. The high clamping force, combined with a large injection volume and an extremely powerful screw with a diameter of 75 mm, guarantee obtaining the highest quality parts.
The injection moulding machine is also equipped with a MOOG-BUHL numerical controller, which can be used to programme the injection moulding machine’s operating modes and to control production parameters. The total weight of the machine is 20250 kg.
