PRIMA POWER PLATINO 1530 laser

PRIMA POWER PLATINO 1530 laser was manufactured in 2001 in Italy. The machine is designed for cutting metal sheets made of structural steel, stainless steel and aluminium. The processed sheet may be up to 15 mm thick (structural steel), 8 mm thick (stainless steel) or 5 mm thick (aluminium). The feed rates in the X/Y/Z axes are 3000 mm (X axis), 1500 mm (Y axis) and 140 mm (Z axis) respectively.

The laser cutting machine is equipped with a high performance ROFIN SINAR SLAB DC025 resonator with a power of 2500W, created for fast and precise cutting in metal sheets and guaranteeing the highest quality of cut elements. The installed PRIMACH 20L CNC control allows memorising many different work programmes and controlling every aspect of machining.

The machine is offered with a wide range of equipment, including: CAD/CAM software SiCam v14 (license for one workstation) and post-processor PRIMACH POST PROCESSOR NT-43. The total operating time of the laser cutting machine is 65000 hours.

The machine was regularly serviced and went through a number of improvements. The resonator with power cabinet was replaced in 2020 (second hand installation), while the touch screen was replaced with a 17″ LCD monitor and mouse control. The laser has no USB ports, the programs are loaded using 3.5″ floppy disks.
