PROCHERA SPS2 1050 DKC brush sanding machine was built in 2015 in Poland by P.P.U.H. Dariusz Prochera. The machine is new and has been used only for demonstration purposes.
The PROCHERA SPS2 1050 DKC is used for three-sided sanding of wooden components before varnishing and between successive stages of varnishing. It prepares the surface for varnishing and then smooths it before the application of the final coat. The elements move along a conveyor belt with continuously adjustable speed. The conveyor is controlled via a DELTA controller with a touch screen.
The machine is equipped with 16 sanding heads. The first stage of machining is carried out by three heads with manual position adjustment and automatic speed control, which allow simultaneous sanding of two workpieces. The surfaces are then processed by a unit consisting of ten eccentrically operating heads. The final stage of sanding is performed by three working shafts. The first is fitted with abrasive flap material interspersed with sweeping elements, the second with fibrous material, and the third with sweeping elements that remove any residual dust after machining. The PROCHERA brush sanding machine weighs 1800 kg.
