PRODUTECH ALPI DECA N coil-fed punching machine

PRODUTECH ALPI DECA N coil-fed punching machine which was built in Italy in 2010 is designed for precision punching, blanking and marking of sheet metal with a maximum thickness of 3 mm. The machine’s structure, made of thick electrically welded steel sheets, has all the necessary components to ensure the versatility of high-capacity mass production. One of these elements is the MultiTool head with punches designed for all types of machining, through which any shape can be punched. In addition, each of the punch holders and dies can be controlled independently, even during rotation.

The machining process starts with the gradual unrolling of the sheet metal from the coil towards the punching station by the straightener and decoilers. A feed system consisting of rubber-coated and ground roller assemblies then moves the material during continuous machining without the need for stops or the use of grippers. All the working heads, which have been designed with innovative solutions, are mounted with precisely measured guides and hardened sliders with roller bearings. Thanks to this solution, the ALPI DECA N punching machine achieves a high speed of movement, high resistance and robustness, absolute positioning precision and ensures low maintenance frequency.
