PULLMAX PULLMATIC 6C hydraulic punching machine was manufactured in 1991. It is equipped with numerical control BECKHOFF. The machine has a maximum pressure of 30 tons, which enables the punching of sheets with a thickness of 6.35 mm and dimensions of 3000×1500 mm. The punching machine is equipped with a revolver, in which we can mount 15 pieces of tools. The machine is offered with extensive equipment, which includes, among others, a central control system, a large work table with brushes and a revolver with long inserts.

PULLMAX PULLMATIC 6C punching equipment
– CNC control: BECKHOFF
– long cartridge revolver: increases tool and revolver life (alignment between punch and die)
– working table: with brushes – reduce noise and shocks of the punching machine and protect the surface of the processed material
– large work table: adapted to the processing of large sheets
– machine frame: structure eliminating internal stresses
– punch paws / holders: equipped with a self-protection function in the danger zone
– central control system: it will reduce friction of the elements by supplying oil to the required points and ensures longer life of the punch
Features of the machine CNC system:
– self-diagnosis
– programming with international G-codes
– fast positioning
– linear axes: X-axis, Y-axis
– rotary axes: T-axis, C-axis
– various operating modes, i.e. automatic, manual, semi-automatic, etc.
– paw protection
– parameter programming
– calling subroutines
– various M functions and other support functions
– signaling of exceeding the machining range, overload, etc., mechanical and electronic errors
– programming: in absolute and relative values; conditionally and unconditionally negligible functions
BECKHOFF CNC control:
– color monitor
– excellent MMC communication between the machine and the operator
– normal or background programming
– punching simulation
– function: plotting, nibbling; the programs used; CNC memory data
– simple, international G-codes that control the operation of the machine
– serial communication: via RS232 with a computer
– Advanced AC Servomotors: modularly designed for easy machine servicing
