ROTOX EPA 473 corner cleaning machine

ROTOX EPA 473 corner cleaning machine built in Germany in 2000, is used for cleaning outer corners, gasket grooves in angles between 30° and 160°, welded segment bends and profile surfaces with a width of 40 to 140 mm. Extreme stability and precision are achieved thanks to the robust welded steel construction of the machine, equipped with linear guides on the milled grooves.

The corner cleaning machine performs the cleaning process in 5 axes, guaranteeing a high standard of repeatability and a significant reduction in machining time. The ROTOX CNC control used in the corner cleaning machine allows, among others, for independent angle adjustment of the right and left profile positioning for round top connections and automatic adjustment of the frame length and clamping point by input of the profile form and angle. The total weight of the machine is 1400 kg.
