S-30 EVOLUTION TANDEM friction washer

S-30 EVOLUTION TANDEM friction washer built in 2014 in Poland is used for washing and dewatering contaminated plastics, i.e. film packaging, post-consumer films, stretch films and shredded household film waste. The process is performed inside a sealed chamber protected by non-contact seals that prevent contaminants and the washing medium from leaking outside the unit. Inside the stable construction, there are also reliable rotors working in opposite directions and low-power motors (2x 30 kW), thanks to which the S-30 EVOLUTION plastic friction washer achieves excellent washing performance at low energy consumption at the same time. The machine has not been used to this date. The total weight of the machine is 4030 kg.
