SAHINLER 4R HSS 25-320 NC hydraulic plate rolling machine

The SAHINLER 4R HSS 25-320 NC hydraulic plate rolling machine was manufactured in 2020 by Turkish company Şahinler Metal Makina Endüstri A.Ş. The machine is capable of rolling sheet metal with a maximum length of 2550 mm at an operating speed of 1.5/5 m/min.

The rolls of the hydraulic plate rolling machine are guided in a rectilinear system. This means that the sleeve blocks to which the bottom roller and side rollers are attached, are connected to hydraulic pistons working in a linear manner moving up and down. When bending the sheet metal, the force applied to the sheet metal is transmitted directly by the machine frame and distributed to the ground.

All rollers in the SAHINLER 4R HSS 25-320 NC plate rolling machine are separately levelled. Control of the parallel alignment of the rolls is carried out via a control panel in the hydraulic system. The bending process time is significantly reduced by positioning the centre lines of the side and bottom rolls close to the centre line of the top roll during bending.

The 4-roll hydraulic plate rolling machine is equipped with an NC control EasyView. The machine is new and has never been used. Total weight of the plate rolling machine is 11750 kg.
