SAHINLER HPK 65 3-roll bending machine

SAHINLER HPK 65 3-roll bending machine was built in 2005 in Turkey by Şahinler Metal Makina Endüstri A.Ş. The machine, designed for precision machining of tubes and profiles, is an excellent choice for any industrial plant. It enables workpieces to be made in circular, arc or spiral shapes with a fixed radius. The machining process is performed by three hardened rollers, of which the two lower rollers have hydraulic adjustment. These rollers are driven by a reliable, high-powered motor located inside a fully welded housing. Depending on production requirements, the SAHINLER tube and profile bending machine can operate in both vertical and horizontal positions. The total weight of the machine is approximately 1000 kg.
