SAMAG MFZ 2-2 CNC milling machine was built in 2005 in Germany. This specially designed machine for the automatic machining of workpieces made of metallic materials has been equipped with two high-performance spindles and two work tables with a rotary axis, allowing for simultaneous machining of a part and loading/unloading of another. This solution maximises production efficiency and shortens production times, making the machine significantly distinguishable from other milling machines on the market.
The machining, characterised by high quality and precision, is performed in automatic mode or in the setting up mode, using rotary tools taken from a capacious magazine. During its service life, the SAMAG twin-spindle milling machine has worked around 40000 hours and has been continuously serviced. The total weight of the machine is approximately 22 tonnes.
