The SCHENCK KBTK automatic crankshaft balancing machine was built by the German company SCHENCK RoTec GmbH in 2001. The balancer is a machine that eliminates vibrations and significantly improves the quality and durability of the crankshaft. Measurement of the SCHENCK KBTK machine is performed with the CAB 950 measuring unit.
Measurement and correction of unbalance in machined crankshafts takes place by drilling into the counterweights in one or two correction stages. The balancing machine is equipped with a SIEMENS Sinumerik CNC controller and the cycle time is from 45 to 100 seconds.
