SCHLICK-ROTO-JET MASCHINENBAU DHB 27/27-4.3/11 shot blasting machine was produced in 1993 in Germany. The machine performs shot blasting on workpieces with a maximum diameter of 2700 mm, length 2700 mm and weight up to 1000 kg.
The SCHLICK-ROTO-JET MASCHINENBAU DHB 27/27-4.3/11 shot blasting machine consists of:
– blastroom
– a cone collecting the blasting material covered with a grating
– transverse screw conveyor
– blasting material bucket conveyor
– cleaning device for the shotblasting material and the silo
– shell gates (3 pieces)
– turbine with double discs (3 pieces)
– rotary device
– oscillating device for positioning during blasting
– filter unit Schlick Air-Choc A 40/24
– post-filter
– distribution and control unit for the control of the system
– noise-reducing acoustic device
– suspended transport system
– air dryer
Workpieces are suspended on special hangers, after which the transport system moves them into the blastroom to begin the first stage of blasting. After the first stage is completed, the transport system moves the hangers with mounted workpieces to the second and third position. During each stage, workpieces remain in the chamber for a defined period of time and are rotated in the opposite direction to the shot blasting jet.
During the operation, the fallen shot is cleaned and fed to the turbines. After blasting is completed, the workpieces are transported out of the cabin via an open door.
