SENFENG FLK 120 automatic mask making machine

SENFENG FLK 120 automatic mask making machine manufactured in 2020 in China, is used for the fully automatic production of masks consisting of three layers of fabric materials. The masks produced are used in the medical industry, as well as protecting us in everyday life by filtering harmful substances in the air, such as dust and bacteria.

The machine producing surgical masks automatically cuts, folds and stitches the fabric used in their production. Ear bands with a diameter of 3 mm, as well as nose strips with a width of 2 to 3 mm are added to the masks. The mask making machine guarantees a high production output, producing 90 to 120 masks per minute with a production quality rate of up to 98-99%.

The surgical mask making machine is equipped with a Delta PLC controller featuring a touch screen, making the work on the machine much easier. The total weight of the automatic mask making machine is approximately 2100 kg.
