SENTE MAKINA HDTF-SI tube forming machine

SENTE MAKINA HDTF-SI tube forming machine was built in 2022 in Turkey by SENTE MAKINA İNŞ. SAN. VE TIC. LTD. ŞTI. The machine is used in the HVAC industry for the production of precision ventilation ducts, compliant with Eurovent and Smacna standards. Spiro ducts are created from thin sheets of metal with a maximum thickness of 1 mm. The innovative cutting system eliminates the noise and hot sparks typical of traditional saws, guaranteeing smooth edges without the need for additional deburring. The HDTF-SI duct forming machine weighs 2480 kg.

The SENTE MAKINA spiral duct machine is fully complete and consists of the following components:

– sheet metal decoiler
– forming heads (2 pcs.)
– cutting system
– stitching roller system for different sheet thicknesses
– unloading table (2 pcs.)
