SERON 2141 PRO+ CNC router

SERON 2141 PRO+ CNC router was built in 2023 in Poland by SERON Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. The machine has worked very little throughout its entire service life and is under manufacturer’s warranty.

The SERON 2141 PRO+ is the perfect solution for companies with a diverse production profile. The machine, carefully designed and manufactured with attention to the smallest details, is ideal for mass processing of materials such as soft metals, plastics, wood and glass. Workpieces are machined by means of a powerful HITECO electro-spindle with an efficient cooling system. It supports the automatic tool changing system (ATC), which enables the use of multiple tools, without having to calibrate them or stop the process. Each tool is measured before each exchange with an accuracy of ± 0.001 mm by a special measuring probe.

The material is clamped on a large vacuum table with positioning bases. This solution enables rapid and repeatable positioning of the material relative to the X and Y axes, at the same starting point. The table’s design, in turn, allows separation of independent sections so that the working area can be adapted to the specific workpiece. The table’s plating is protected by an MDF board.

To guarantee excellent feed repeatability, all axes are driven by OMRON brushless servo drives with planetary gears. These are very dynamic drives with feedback compression, which guarantees zero operating deviation by continuously controlling the motor parameters. What’s more, communication via the ultra-fast EtherCAT protocol allows all data to be processed in real time, minimising delays and significantly increasing feed precision.

The machine also features an intelligent energy recovery system. When operation is stopped, part of the energy is recovered via the braking motors. The excess of energy is then transferred to the remaining motors without being taken from outside. This solution makes the 2141 PRO+ router much more energy-efficient.

The SERON CNC milling machine is offered with an extensive range of equipment, including two vacuum pumps, sawdust extraction and 4th axis. This equipment, combined with the highest machining precision, will meet the requirements of even the most demanding customers.
