SERON FIBER CUT 1530 laser

SERON FIBER CUT 1530 laser was manufactured in 2020 in Poland. The machine is designed for fast and precise cutting of parts in sheet metal made of black steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass and copper. The laser source IPG YLR with a power of 2kW guarantees the highest quality and accuracy of cut elements.

The laser cutting machine processes a workpiece at speeds of up to 210 m/min in X and Y axes, with feeds of 1550 mm and 3050 mm respectively. The machined metal sheet can weigh up to 1200 kg and be 10 mm thick (black steel), 4 mm thick (stainless steel, aluminium, brass) or 3 mm thick (copper).

The operation of the machine is controlled by an intuitive numerical control Bosch Rexroth, which allows for example, to adjust the cutting speed, change the operating mode or visually display the cutting trajectory.

The laser cutting machine is offered with extensive equipment, which includes, among others: laser head FIBER RAYTOOLS BM111 up to 3300W with autofocus, pallet exchange system and filter-fan unit DONALDSON TORIT SMALL DFPRO-4 SPRK ART452 4KW. Another advantage of the laser is its low number of hours worked – the machine has worked for only 3400 hours. The total weight of the laser cutting machine is 9500 kg.
