SERON STANDARD 2131 CNC router

SERON STANDARD 2131 CNC router was built in 2018 in Poland by SERON Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. The machine, which is designed for precision machining of, among others, mild metals, plastics and wood, is an excellent choice for companies with a diverse production profile. It features a number of state-of-the-art components of excellent technical parameters, which significantly improve even the most intensive challenges.

The machining process is performed by two high-speed brushless electrospindles. This solution enables machining to be performed with two different tools. Furthermore, in order to achieve excellent positioning accuracy, all axes are driven by powerful Easy Servo hybrid servo drives with increased dynamics, speed and positional certainty.

The offered SERON 2131 STANDARD CNC milling machine was mainly used for cutting parts in HDPE. During the last service, two motors and a reducer were replaced, as well as an inspection of the electrical system.
