SHINI CD-9-CE hot air dryer for plastic

SHINI CD-9-CE hot air dryer for plastic was built in 2015. The device, which is used in a wide range of industries such as electronics, pharmaceuticals and the printing industry, is used for, among others, pre-drying, drying and heating various types of materials. Inside the machine are nine pull-out drawers made of high-grade stainless steel with a total capacity of 90 kg, ensuring the purity of the materials.

The air used during drying is heated to the desired temperature in the heating section and then distributed inside the machine through evenly spaced openings. The cabinet dryer is equipped with, among others, a PID controller, thermal protection for the blower motor and temperature-retaining airtight doors. The industrial dryer for plastics has been little used and has worked for a small amount of time. The total weight of the machine is 176 kg.
