SINO NCP 45 eccentric press

SINO NCP 45 eccentric press manufactured by Sino Machinery & Tools (Dongguan) Co., LTD. in 2018 in China, is designed to perform precision machining of workpieces with a press force of 45 tonnes. The solid steel structure guaranteeing high stability during machining, has a large working space equipped with light curtains, affecting high safety for operator using the machine.

High-quality components have been used in the press, such as a 60 mm adjustable slider, making 50 to 100 strokes per minute over a distance of 80 mm. The crank press also features a wide range of equipment, consisting, among others, of a WAKO SEIKI MTS35 indicator showing the height of the die, a magnetic stroke counter and a TECO A510s inverter. The total weight of the machine is 3600 kg.
