SINO NCP 80 eccentric press

SINO NCP 80 eccentric press manufactured in 2018 by China’s Sino Machinery & Tools Co. (Dongguan) Co., LTD. is used for the precise pressing of workpieces. The machine has been designed for operational safety and extreme accuracy to achieve the best quality machining. The workpiece pressing is performed with a press force of 80 tonnes in a large working area, and the installed light curtains protect against any unwanted intrusion into the working area of the machine.

The used slider is adjustable within a range of 80 mm and makes 50 to 100 strokes per minute over a distance of 100 mm. The press is offered with an extensive range of equipment consisting of among others, a YU JAIV PDH-120 indicator showing the height of the die, as well as a magnetic stroke counter. There is also the option of combining the crank press with an automatic feeding system to achieve increased production and a significant reduction in costs. The total weight of the machine is 5590 kg.
