SINO NCP 80 eccentric press

SINO NCP 80 eccentric press was built by Chinese company Sino Machinery & Tools (Dongguan) Co., LTD. in 2018. A machine used for high-precision machining of workpieces, has a robust and rigid body with a large working area, allowing easy loading and unloading of metals. The operator’s unwanted entry into the machine’s working area is prevented by light curtains mounted next to the workspace, ensuring great operational safety.

The workpiece machining process is performed with a force of 80 tonnes, by high quality components, including, among others, an 80 mm adjustable slider, performing from 50 to 100 strokes per minute, over a distance of 100 mm. The crank press also offers the opportunity to increase production and reduce costs when combined with an automatic feeding system. The press’s extensive equipment includes among others a YU JAIV PDH-120 die height indicator and hydraulic overload protection. The total weight of the machine is 5590 kg.
