STETON P120 C veneer press was built in 2006 in Italy by STETON s.r.l.. This extremely reliable machine is designed for the precise veneering of flat objects, i.e. chipboard, fibreboard and panels. The cladding materials are joined to the object by means of a hydraulic oil heated in an electric boiler, which flows through two 3500 x 2200 mm platens. The parallelism of the platens’ movement is ensured by chrome-plated cylinders and guides distributed around the perimeter, connected to the shaft by a system of gears. All key process parameters are programmed and monitored from a control panel located on the machine body. The STETON P120/C veneer press weighs approximately 4300 kg.
