STIGAL VXstandard plasma-gas cutting machine was built in 2015 in Poland. Equipped with two torches, the machine is used to precisely cut pre-programmed shapes in sheets with a maximum thickness of 20 mm (plasma torch cutting) or 150 mm (gas torch cutting). Manufactured from high-strength aluminium alloys, the plasma cutting machine’s portal has a steel, clad in metallurgical channel section, lubrication-free travel system, guaranteeing high quality and precision even under the harshest industrial conditions.
The STIGAL VX standard plasma cutting machine, thanks to its open design, allows easy loading and unloading of metal sheets onto a large working table with an area (L x W) of 3000 x 2000 mm with dust and gas extraction. The intuitive CNC control installed in the operator’s desktop with touch screen, allows to control the machine and all the parameters of the cutting process.
The STIGAL VX-standard plasma-gas cutting machine is equipped with WRYKRYS CAD/CAM software for preparing the cutting programme and a reliable CEBORA PLASMA PROF 163 plasma source with a power of 160 A. The machine was regularly serviced at the manufacturer and was used during one shift.
