STROJARNE PIESOK CNTA 3150/16A guillotine shears were built in Czechoslovakia in 1989. The machine is used for cutting metal sheets with a length up to 3150 mm and thickness from 1.6 mm to 16 mm. The machine is equipped with, among others, a hydraulic drive of a knife, an electronic reading of a bumper’s position allowing to control the rear bumper and a smooth regulation of a knife’s inclination angle. The guillotine shears went through a regeneration of the bumper measurement system. The hydraulic guillotine shears weight 18300 kg.
