SV METAL PNB-2E tool grinding machine

SV METAL PNB-2E tool grinding machine built in 2020 in the Czech Republic is designed for precision grinding of punching tools and dies of the TRUMPF and EUROMAC brands. The operator of the machine is only responsible for the correct mounting of the tool in the appropriate adapter and setting the grinding speed, while the grinding process itself takes place automatically in several repetitive cycles.

The grinding process uses a specially designed grinding wheel with internal cooling, which removes the mechanical components generated during the process, prevents overheating of the tools and significantly extends their lifespan. The grinding wheel is positioned vertically to ensure high stability and precision grinding without any bevel effect. The total weight of the machine is 110 kg.
