SZKŁOMAL SW 1600 V vertical glass washing machine

SZKŁOMAL SW 1600 V vertical glass washing machine was built in 2020 in Poland. The machine designed for washing glass after machining with maximum dimensions of 1600 x 3210 mm has, among others, 2 pairs of washing brushes, out of which the front pair is made of a special fibre for soft coatings. Once the process is complete, the glass format is dried by a water heating system with hot air thermo-circulation. The system ensures high drying efficiency with low energy consumption at the same time. In addition, one of the machine’s greatest strengths is its ability to operate at very low temperatures on the production floor. The SZKŁOMAL SW1600 flat glass washing machine weighs 2750 kg.
