TBI MVC 1890 CNC vertical machining center

TBI MVC 1890 CNC vertical machining center was built in 2023 in Poland by TBI Technology Sp. z o.o. The machine has worked very little over its service life. During the last maintenance, the spindle was replaced with a new one worth €10 000.

The MVC 1890 CNC machining center on offer is an excellent choice for machining heavy workpieces with a maximum weight of 2500 kg. The state-of-the-art technical solutions used in it guarantee the best precision and efficiency. These include, among others, a reliable, high-speed main spindle. Thanks to its temperature stabilisation (oil cooling), the spindle does not deform thermally and maintains a constant temperature during heavy-duty, high-speed operation. The cutting tools, on the other hand, are continuously cooled during the machining operation, which increases their overall durability.

All axes are driven by efficient digital drives with high power and high torque. The ball screws bearing on both sides completely eliminate any backlash. Mechanical relief of the Z-axis further significantly improves the accuracy and dynamics of the movements and increases the service life of the drive mechanisms and guides. Stability during even the most intensive challenges, on the other hand, is ensured by the densely ribbed bed made of top-quality cast iron. The TBI MVC 1890 milling center weighs 17000 kg.
