TECNA 4608N spot welding machine

TECNA 4608N spot welding machine which was built in 2008 in Italy is used for precision welding of two sheets of steel or aluminium with a total thickness of 4 mm (2+2 mm). During the machining process, the electrodes heat the workpieces until they reach a plastic state in order to become one inseparable piece after cooling. The adjustment of arm reach and electrode stroke enables adaptation of the machine to the user’s individual production requirements.

The 4608N resistance welding machine is equipped with a state-of-the-art TECNA TE90 Mark II microprocessor controller, designed to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted welding process. The control system enables the programming of 12 different process parameters and control of the SCR thyristor, responsible for regulating the welding current. The offered TECNA spot and projection welding machine also comes with, among others, a set of electrodes, chiller and a two-position foot control. The total weight of the machine is 122 kg.
