TMP VORONEZH KA2536 crank press was built in 1979 in the USSR by the Voronezh Mechanical Press Plant (Воронежский механический завод). The offered machine is perfect for many industries, especially those which require high press force and high repeatability of produced parts. This is because it enables even the most demanding metal forming processes to be performed, i.e. stamping of structural components, forming of parts, hot and cold forging, deep drawing operations and the production of parts with a large surface area. All of these machining processes are performed with a high press force of 400 tonnes and can be carried out continuously, increasing production efficiency and reducing downtime to a minimum. The crank mechanism used ensures uniform force transfer, which translates into precise slider feed and repeatability of each cycle. This solution is particularly important in series production, where quality, speed and minimisation of waste matter. The solid design, on the other hand, ensures high stability even under maximum load. The large working table with a length of 1000 mm and a width of 1000 mm also enables a variety of tools to be mounted, further increasing the machine’s range of applications. The TMP VORONEZH KA2536 mechanical press weighs 32 tonnes.
