TRUMPF HAAS-LASER HL 124P/4 LCB welding laser was produced in 1997 by HAAS-LASER Schramberg (now TRUMPF) in Germany. The laser welding machine enables welding of elements made of materials such as: tool steels, cast iron, aluminum alloys, bronze alloys and titanium alloys. The welding laser is equipped with a table with dimensions (L x W) 1090 x 590 mm, and the maximum X / Y / Z shifts are respectively 800, 300 and 300 mm. The machine’s LCB control has a programming console with an LCD display, which displays laser parameters, status messages and the system. The laser power is 150 W and its maximum pulse power is 5 kW. The total weight of the machine is 380 kg.
