TRUMPF TruDisk 3006 6C laser source

TRUMPF TruDisk 3006 6C laser source was built in 2016 in Germany by TRUMPF Laser GmbH. This extremely versatile device enables a wide range of industrial machines to be supplied with a high-quality 3 kW laser beam. The beam has many applications in modern industry. It can be used to both weld and cut sheet metal made of, e.g. steel, copper, brass and highly reflective materials. Active laser power control guarantees 100% constant power over the entire service life of the device, regardless of ambient conditions.

All components, i.e. beam guide, current supply, cooling system and control system, are of modular design. They have been optimally adapted to each other inside the compact housing. The small size of the housing also enables the device to be easily integrated with, e.g. robotic systems. All this makes the offered TRUMPF 3006 laser resonator extremely reliable and robust under even the most demanding conditions. The TRUMPF TruDisk 3006 disc laser weighs 820 kg.
