TRUMPF TruLaser 5060 7 kW laser cutting machine, built in 2012, is used for machining workpieces made of structural steel, black steel or aluminium. The machine achieves extremely smooth edges, as well as complex geometries in thicker raw materials, thanks to the BrightLine and CoolLine systems. The combination of the state-of-the-art technology used in the laser cutting machine together with the high-quality steel construction guarantees high stability and precision in machining.
High productivity in laser cutting is ensured by the reliable TRUMPF TruFlow 7000 laser source, which generates a 7 kW laser beam capable of cutting sheet metal with a thickness of 30 mm (structural steel), 25 mm (black steel) or 15 mm (aluminium). The TRUMPF TruLaser 5060 L19 laser cutting machine is also equipped with a SIEMENS SINUMERIK 840D CNC controller, enabling full control of the workpiece processing. The machine was serviced on an ongoing basis.
