UNI-KAT PFDC 2545 4-AXIS CNC milling machine

UNI-KAT PFDC 2545 4-AXIS CNC milling machine was built in Poland in 2011. The machine, which is used in the milling process of large-size workpieces made of, e.g. aluminium, has four axes, including 3 linear axes X,Y,Z and 1 rotary axis. The machining of the workpieces is performed by an extremely powerful 14 kW HSD ES 929L 4P electro-spindle, rotating at a maximum speed of 28000 rpm.

The UNI-KAT CNC milling machine has previously machined aluminium-plastic laminates and aluminium. The milling machine was serviced and upgraded on an ongoing basis – during use, components such as the spindle and linear and drive guides were replaced with new ones. The manufacturer’s service department allows further servicing of the machine.

It is also possible to install the machine at a new customer’s site in Poland. Depending on the location, the cost of such a service will range from 15000 PLN.
