VIRO StyroDesign XL-2 EPS cutting machine

VIRO StyroDesign XL-2 EPS cutting machine was built in 2011 in Slovenia by VIRO pakirni stroji d. o. o. The machine is used for precision cutting of materials such as EPS blocks, using hot resistance wires. The process is extremely fast and efficient thanks to the use of a large number of 2000 mm long wires. The machining parameters are programmed in the state-of-the-art SytroDesignPRO software, which, thanks to the optimisation of the cutting layouts, significantly facilitates process management and reduces material losses. All this makes the StyroDesign XL-2 styrofoam cutting machine an excellent choice for the production of, among others, insulation components and other prefabricated building components.
