WAFIOS BM-3 CNC wire bending machine

WAFIOS BM-3 CNC wire bending machine was built in 1997 in Germany by WAFIOS AG. The offered machine is the perfect solution for the precise forming of wire with a maximum diameter of 6 mm. The entire 2D or 3D bending process is performed fully automatically. The material is fed towards the workspace with a bending head that performs pre-programmed movements. At the end of the process, the material is automatically cut off and the finished parts are dropped into a receiving container or onto a support table. The WAFIOS automatic wire bending machine is also very easy to operate. The operator of the machine has at his disposal an intuitive control system, whose capacious memory allows the storage of up to 5000 parts. The total weight of the machine, including the control cabinet, is approximately 4000 kg.
