WAFO TSL 25 CNC lathe

WAFO TSL 25 CNC lathe was manufactured in 2016 in Poland. A lathe with an inclined bed characterised by a modern design and a densely ribbed base, it is used for precision machining of metal workpieces with a maximum length of 275 mm and a diameter of 230 mm or 300 mm (turning over the bed). Turning of workpieces is performed in X/Z axes with feeds of 150/275 mm and rapid feeds of 15/30 m/min.

The machine offered with an extensive equipment consisting of, among others, a modern SIEMENS SINUMERIK 828D CNC controller for programming machining parameters, a high-speed tool head or a chip conveyor, can be adapted for series production. So far the CNC lathe has been used occasionally for the production of small stainless steel parts, its condition is very good. The total weight of the machine is approximately 3200 kg.
