WaterJet OMAX GlobalMAX 1530

WaterJet OMAX GlobalMAX 1530 was built in 2019 in the United States. This high-quality machine with an indestructible design uses reliable components and innovative jet cutting technology to guarantee clean and precise workpiece edges, regardless of the machined material. The OMAX water cutting machine was first commissioned in 2020 and has so far only worked for 260 hours.

The GlobalMAX 1530 water cutting machine machines workpieces made of e.g. steel, glass and plastics on a large work table which maintains high stability even during the heaviest loads. The machine’s easy-to-reach design offers unobstructed access to a working area with a length of 3100 mm and a width of 1645 mm from all four sides, significantly facilitating the process of loading and unloading workpieces. All axes are equipped with innovative OMEGA DRIVE brushless servo motors with feedback loop, which minimise backlash and ensure high positioning accuracy and smooth and accurate movement along the X/Y axis.

Among the extensive equipment includes an abrasive feeder, PENTAIR MYERS high-pressure pump and OMAX Intelli-MAX software that ensures fast and efficient waterjet operation. The total weight of the machine with empty water tank is 2177 kg.
