WEIMA WL 4 plastic and rubber granulation line

WEIMA WL 4 plastic and rubber granulation line consists of a GUANGZHOU PC2660S plastic mill (year of production: 2018) and a WEIMA WL4 shredder (year of production: 1999). The two units are connected by a belt conveyor. Collection is carried out by a transport fan with a bagging station.

GUANGZHOU PC2660S plastic mill has a rotor ( cutting knife arrangement) with a cascade layout, consisting of 3 rows of 6 knives each. The granulator rotor operates at 607 rpm and has dimensions 600 mm (length) x 600 mm (width) x 260 mm (diameter). The total weight of the machine is 1060 kg.

The WEIMA WL 4 shredder is used for processing materials such as various types of wood, plastics and textiles. The machine is equipped with a “V” rotor with a length of 600 mm and a diameter of 175 mm and also allows the shredding of rubber. The 14 individually arranged cutting knives with dimensions of 30 x 30 mm ensure that the shredder does not block or stop on harder materials. The total weight of the chipper is approximately 1200 kg.
