WELLTEC TTI 450 FH injection moulding machine built in 2008 in Hong Kong, is distinguished by its high clamping force of up to 450 tonnes and efficient high-end components. The machine designed for plastic processing uses the injection moulding method, which involves feeding plastic of suitable plasticity into an injection mould of minimum dimensions 125 x 125 mm and then clamping it with high force. As a result, high quality products are obtained in a very short time.
The WELLTEC injection moulding machine has a steel structure, inside which are installed state-of-the-art components to maximise overall productivity and efficiency, and to ensure reliable operation of the injection moulding machine for many years of use. On the arm there is an operator panel with a convenient and easy-to-use CNC controller, with which the operator can enter and edit all the possible parameters of the production process.
