WEMET LT-BEST reinforced cage production line

WEMET LT-BEST reinforced cage production line was built in 2011 in Poland by WEMET Sp. C. The line is designed for the fully automatic production of reinforcements, which are used in many structural elements, such as tie beams, girders, lintels and columns. The well-thought-out design, combined with the application of many modern solutions, ensures maximum production efficiency.

The rebars in the coils are straightened by a reliable straightening machine and then fed into a multi-spot welding machine. The resulting reinforcing mesh is then properly cut and bent, creating high-quality reinforcement cages. The reinforcement made in this way ensures the durability and stability of the reinforced concrete structures. The WEMET rebar cage production line on offer has so far worked together with the EPS production line that is available in our range. Together they made modern solutions for the construction industry.
