WIWOX MC 110 II ultrasonic cleaning machine

WIWOX MC 110 II ultrasonic cleaning machine, built in Germany in 2004, cleans metal parts from unwanted deposits using ultrasonic waves. The use of such technology allows for fully professional cleaning of workpieces, as well as preventing surface damage and saving time and costs. The ultrasonic cleaning machine allows for cleaning workpieces weighing up to 110 kg, even in the most inaccessible places.

The cleaning process takes place in a working chamber with dimensions (L x W x H) of 516 x 360 x 435 mm, where the placed workpiece is cleaned by ultrasonic waves at a temperature of 80°C for approximately 5-15 minutes. The total weight of the device is 280 kg.
